Lesson notes, homework and private notes

After each lesson, write a short note. Your student sees it in their portal, so there's nothing extra to send.
  1. Open the student and add a lesson note.
  2. Write what you did, and the homework.
  3. Tick the material you used, so it's right there for them to practise with.

Every note also has a private part. Only you see it. Use it for things you want to remember but not share, like "struggles with barre chords, try a lighter string gauge".

You can see a student's notes as a list, or in a calendar. Pin the basics a student always needs (scales, theory, the piece they are working on) to their shelf, and they stay on top, no matter how many lessons go by.
